Job Posting: IT Support Engineer

Qualifications [We’re hoping you have most of these]
- 1+ years of experience in customer-facing support or service role (Preferably in some sort of technical capacity)
- Extreme interest in computers, networks, cyber-security and how it all works and fits together
- Experience with using IT ticketing systems and meeting SLAs
- Experience supporting OSX, Windows, and Linux operating systems
- Experience with Active Directory, DHCP, DNS, Group Policy, Exchange, Imaging Platforms and Remote Management tools
- Experience building computers and installing Operating Systems
- Strong written communication skills for documenting policies, procedures, corresponding with clients etc.
- Understanding of the TCP/IP and OSI models and their layers
